New Moon Creativity

New Moon Creativity

Aside from teaching Buddhi, I enjoy painting and exercising my creativity. With the new moon, I was inspired to paint my intuition on a blank canvas. I let my mind free, and trusted my hands to create something that unconsciously came to me at the moment.

HOW TO SET INTENTIONS WITH THE NEW MOON
It's important to connect with our hearts and universe by creating rituals around the moon cycles
When there is a new moon, connect with it and set aside time to engage with your practice each month. From this, I had build my energy and felt like i reset myself after completing my paining.
"The moon has eight phases. The most well known is the fifth phase or full moon. The new moon is the first phase of the moon, when it orbits as seen from the earth, the moment when the moon and the sun have the same ecliptical longitude. The moon is not visible at this time except when it is seen in silhouette during a solar eclipse when it is illuminated by earthshine." –Wikipedia
New moons represent the beginning of a cycle and the full moon represents a clearing or release. I hope this inspires you to express your creativity out loud for the next new moon. Namaste!
