Stretch Flow & Restore on a buddhiful Sunday afternoon. This 30 min video will help you recover from stress and gently develop flexibility. The practice consists of proper stretches, movements to get your blood flowing, and postures in “pose/counter pose” focusing on alignment and breath. Restorative postures use yoga props for support and relaxation poses between dynamic flows.
